The Acu-Match system gives you the tools to survey candidates electronically, and receive a professional report scoring the AccuMatch 52+ areas assessed.
Trained professionals who have completed Acu-Match training Level 2 and/or 3 are able to interpret the report and apply this to either the selection process when hiring a new team member or when working with a colleague or managing or leading them. Understanding how to interpret the report gives you a greater insight on the behaviours and motivators for each individual.
Acu-Match trained professionals can gain a license to use the Acu-Match assessment and reporting system, which provides you with the information you need to make accurate informed decisions.
When you sign up for an individual license, you receive an electronic PDF report and access to a support professional to assist you in additional interpretation of the information. Since each organization, and each role is unique, interpretation of the data is subject to understanding the applicant’s role within the organization.
A list of trained H.R. and licensed Acu-Match professionals is available upon request.
Support fees vary from one professional to another.
Typical rates – $250 to $500 per hour.
